Despite vision loss, she still declutters rental flats to restore dignity to hoarders’ homes

Fion Phua has been offering help, from household chores to serious decluttering, to vulnerable residents for 40 years. She tells CNA’s On The Red Dot why she cannot look away from their living conditions even as her vision fades.
