Memorandum on Ukraine-US minerals deal could be signed Thursday, Zelensky says

KYIV – Ukraine and the U.S. could sign online a memorandum of intent on Thursday on the minerals deal currently being negotiated by the two countries, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said.
