Shanmugam rejects SDP’s application to vary POFMA order for statements about Istana procession

Minister for Home Affairs and Law K Shanmugam rejected the Singapore Democratic Party’s application to vary the correction order issued to the party on Jun 29, 2024, as there was “no merit” to it, said the Ministry of Home Affairs.
