Opposition leader Pritam Singh applies to have case heard in High Court like S Iswaran’s

Pritam Singh’s lawyers argued that there was “strong public interest” for the case to be transferred to the High Court, saying a decision in the case will directly affect public servants and members of the public who are caught up in the proceedings.
