Ukraine dismisses Putin’s ceasefire conditions as ‘absurd’

KYIV – Ukraine dismissed ceasefire conditions announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday as “absurd”, saying he was trying to mislead world powers and undermine genuine peace efforts.
